Every year, Taste of Guelph raises thousands of dollars to support vital equipment needs for St. Joseph’s Health Centre Guelph, and over the last five years has raised an amazing $600,000. But it wouldn’t be possible without the support of our generous food and beverage participants, sponsors, volunteers, and attendees. With the cancellation of Taste of Guelph 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is our turn to support those who help make our event so successful. Calling all cupcake lovers! Decadently Yours bakes over 120 flavours from scratch, and even offers Gluten Free and Vegan options. Visit them in store at 119 Surrey St East, Guelph where they have 10 flavours in store daily, or call ahead of time for larger cupcake or cake orders.
One of our favourite flavours is Toffee Crunch, guaranteed to make your mouth water!
New to Taste last year, Eating Clouds is a gourmet bakery on wheels with delicious homemade donuts with lots of different toppings to choose from! Wildly talented, owner Angela Monkhouse also designs custom cakes, cookies, and marshmallows to order. Check out their website at http://eatingclouds.ca/
If you’ve never shopped for groceries at Longo’s, we suggest checking them out! Not only do they have a wide variety of options for all your grocery needs, their bakery is phenomenal. Each year at Taste, their Cannoli’s are a hit. Visit them in store to try them, or find them at Taste of Guelph 2021.
Planet Bean was Guelph’s first roaster for over 50 years, and prides themselves on being certified Fairtrade and gourmet Arabica coffee. Offering single origin, blends, espresso and decaf options, check out either of their two coffee bars in Guelph to catch up with a friend, or purchase some to brew from home!
