Every year, Taste of Guelph raises thousands of dollars to support vital equipment needs for St. Joseph’s Health Centre Guelph, and over the last five years has raised an amazing $600,000. But it wouldn’t be possible without the support of our generous food and beverage participants, sponsors, volunteers, and attendees. With the cancellation of Taste of Guelph 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is our turn to support those who help make our event so successful. Check out the blog below to see how you can support local!

The word Miijidaa is from the Ojibway language and translates to “let’s eat”. Also a Certified B Corporation, their menu is a modern take on northern culinary history. What’s your comfort food? We suggest trying their Mac n’ Cheese made with aged cheddar, goat cheese, celeriac béchamel sauce, butternut squash, arugula and bread crumbs!
Join them downtown on the patio at 37 Quebec Street, or order take out to go!
Known as Guelph’s meeting place, The Wooly Pub is sure to make you feel like you are dining as a guest in their home. With small micro-brews on tap, and delicious pub food on the menu, The Wooly is one of our favourite places and never disappoints.
They even have delicious desserts- just look at this Peach, Bourbon and Candied Bacon Bread Pudding… we couldn’t not show it off.
Who wants ramen? Trick question! Everyone does. Crafty Ramen opened in Guelph in 2017 after owners Miki and Jared attended the Yamato School of Ramen and toured Japan in search of the most authentic shops and recipes. They hand make their noodles daily, and many of the menu items are based on Miki’s family recipes! Check out their menu in store, or have some fun and purchase a DIY Kit and make it at home!
Who’s up for an NV Kitchen + Bar charcuterie board? Check them out in the downtown dining district from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. daily on a first come, first served basis for a delicious selection of food and drink!
